Paul Wolf


Paul is a retired Coast Guard officer who spent over three decades working on the Atlantic shores in the missions of Search and Rescue, Law Enforcement and Pollution Response. He retired in 2015 from the USCG Reserve and recently completed a 20-year career with the U.S Department of Justice as a criminal investigator. During his Coast Guard career, Paul organized and executed numerous major marine events, including Tall Ships Newport 1986, Sail Boston 1992, OPSAIL New York 1992, Tall Ships Portland 2000, Tall Ships Portland 2015 and over a dozen port visits by USCGC EAGLE.

Originally from the Worcester, MA area, Paul moved to Maine from Chicago in 1999. He lives in Scarborough where his two children are finishing high school. Paul brings his event coordination experience to TSP and oversees the business of welcoming visiting ships to Portland, coordinating those visits with local government and merchants while providing safe access to thousands of local residents to tour the ships and remain connected to their maritime heritage.
