Volunteer Application: The Return of El Galeon!

Thank you for interest to help bring tall ships to Portland! Events like these would not be possible without the time and support of our local community and people like you.

If you are interested in volunteering during the visit of El Galeon, please fill out the appropriate form below, and we will be get back to you as soon as possible.

Adult Volunteers must be 18 years of age.
Youth volunteers (under 18) are encouraged and welcome to participate.

Sailing Ships Maine creates life-changing opportunities for teens of all abilities and income levels so that they may discover the ocean environment and expand leadership skills while being encouraged to consider further maritime training.  Through public events, we support the marine economy, provide access to the ocean and traditional sailing ships and preserve our maritime heritage.
